We also offer extensive facilities for business meetings, conferences and corporate hospitality including comprehensive catering and event planning and free broadband Internet access. The hotel's Garden Suite which is fully air-conditioned and sub divides into the Garden and Raglan Rooms is and ideal place to hold that all important meeting or exhibition. The suites can cater for up to 150 people theatre style or for smaller meetings as individual rooms. Both boast natural daylight, ground floor access, adjustable lighting and free broadband Internet access. Both rooms open out into the hotel's superb Japanese styled garden, which in summer makes a great open air break out area for syndicate work or activities. Syndicates rooms can be arranged for your meeting. A full range audio-visual equipment can he hired from the hotel but screens and flip charts are available on site for use.
